Some recent Canon EOS M cameras ( M3, M5, M6, M10, M100) are based on PowerShot firmware.DIGIC 7/8 ports are likely possible - you can help.

DIGIC 6 ports are possible, but progress is slow - 80D and 750D are likely to work first.

You may also ask for a portable display test FIR here (likely to work on most EOS cameras).

If you cannot find a firmware dumper, feel free to ask just be aware this step won't magically bring a developer to work on it.
